Some items are provided with a special cleaning cloth — please use this exclusively to keep your piece in pristine condition. Fragile components such as precious metal delicate chains break under stress, and natural materials including leather, bone and feathers can be damaged by moisture or inappropriate storage. While we are happy to repair or refund jewellery which is faulty on arrival, unfortunately we are unable to do this where the piece has been damaged through inappropriate handling. Where we agree to repair a piece damaged by the wearer, the owner will be liable for the cost of postage.
