The hand crafted elements and natural materials used in our handmade jewellery may vary from those pictured. No two pieces are exactly alike. Such variations are not seen as imperfections but as a characteristic of artisan work, distinguishing it from mass-produced factory jewellery and adding to the character and uniqueness of your jewellery.
Years of wear rewards loving care
Many of our pieces include delicate natural components which should be treated with appropriate care to prevent damage. Some items are provided with a special cleaning cloth — please use this exclusively to keep your piece in pristine condition. Fragile components such as precious metal delicate chains break under stress, and natural materials including leather, bone and feathers can be damaged by moisture or inappropriate storage. While we are happy to repair or refund jewellery which is faulty on arrival, unfortunately we are unable to do this where the piece has been damaged through inappropriate handling. Where we agree to repair a piece damaged by the wearer, the owner will be liable for the cost of postage.
